ADDITIONAL CLARIFICATIONS:
The "Charms" are restricted. (Crystal Rod, Wooden Sphere, Ivory Cup, Iron Star, Throne of Bone) but may be activated any number of times for each spell cast.
A rules question was asked about having 2+ Raging Rivers in play, and I am giving a diffinitive answer:
Non-flying creatures can't block.
No way they are getting over 2 rivers in time to block! Don't like it? Cry me a Raging River.
